Annie Joy Smith: Spa Coordinator

Hello! I’m Annie Joy, the Spa Coordinator at Allure AZ, and I’m often one of the first faces you’ll see when you visit our spa. I’ve always had a passion for beauty, wellness, and helping others feel their best, which naturally led me to the spa industry. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest, whether I’m scheduling appointments, answering questions, or helping ensure your visit runs smoothly from start to finish.

Originally from Washington, I met my wonderful husband there before we made the move to Arizona. We quickly fell in love with the beautiful scenery, sunshine, and strong sense of community that make Arizona such a special place to call home. I also have previous experience in the beauty industry and am a licensed cosmetologist, which has given me a deeper appreciation for the services and guest experience we provide at Allure.

One of my favorite parts of my role is connecting with our guests and helping them prioritize self-care. I truly believe taking time for yourself is an important part of overall wellness, and I love being part of an incredible team of women who are dedicated to helping others feel relaxed, confident, and refreshed. When I’m not at the spa, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, exploring new places, and enjoying everything our Arizona home has to offer.
