Any time a client books with us at our Flagstaff skincare med spa, especially for the first time ever, we are so excited to accommodate them and their skincare needs here in Flagstaff, AZ. It is of the utmost excitement to provide for someone in our space and make them feel at home and welcomed. We understand how important your appointment with us is and that you took the time out of your busy schedule to be here. With all that said, below are just a few ways you can get the most out of your next visit with and make sure your time in our space is utilized the most efficiently.
First, we always suggest that our clients take the time to fill out any necessary forms via your confirmation email or text that you receive prior to the appointment. This will avoid any delay at check in and will give you the opportunity to fill out the forms at your own pace!
Secondly, visiting the spa is meant to be a space for you to completely relax and unwind. We encourage you to silent your phone or turn it off so you can check out and enjoy your service without any interruptions. You deserve some YOU time!
Next, our treatment rooms are designed for pure comfort. If your bed temperature isn’t right, the music is too loud, or the towels are too hot – don’t be afraid to ask for an adjustment. We are here to make you feel as comfortable as possible, and we do not mind adjusting the little or big things to do so!
Lasly, we are constantly promoting monthly specials on products, services, or gift cards. We display our specials in the lobby, on our Instagram and website, but if you haven’t heard about our specials – just ask! We would love to see if there is something you can save money on or enjoy a certain product at a discounted rate. We also have a points system in which you earn 1 point per dollar you spend on services. At 250 points, you can redeem for $10 off service or product, 500 points you can redeem for $20 service or product, and at 1000 points you can redeem a FREE Express Extraction or Go & Glow Facial. Before check out, ask one of our client coordinators at the front desk if you have enough points to redeem rewards!
